As seniors age, the need for personal assistance emerges. Often, initial needs are simple ones, and are periodic. Later, needs may become more intense. Since most seniors prefer to age in their own homes, the ability to find affordable in-home assistance is very important. That’s where Senior Services In-Home Assistance program can help!

To Provide Help with Dressing, Bathing, Eating, Meal preparation and more.

Senior Services maintains a database of qualified, pre-screened and background checked job seekers. The information is updated each time we refer them to a potential “senior-employer.” Annually, the in-home assistants must provide evidence that they are TB-negative in order to protect our clients from being exposed to this communicable disease.

Qualified job-seekers are referred to the Senior who seeks assistance.

The senior “employer” then negotiates the hourly wage or the fixed fee with the worker. Please NOTE: In-home Assistance staff is not involved in negotiations concerning hourly wages or fees. Negotiations are between the senior “employer” and the In-home worker.
